๐Ÿก For this example we will take a $30.000 house in Tuscany, Italy


๐Ÿงพ Registration Tax

First Home = 2% ($400)

Second Home = 9% ($1.800)


๐Ÿ–‹๏ธ Notary Fees

$750 - $1.000 (deposit stage)

$1.000 - $1.500 (final deed)


๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿ’ผ Real Estate Agent Fees

$2.000 - $3.000


๐Ÿ‘จโ€๐Ÿ”ง Geometra (Technical Survey)

$500 - $1.000


โœˆ๏ธ Buying Trip (Property Viewing)

$1.000 - $3.000


๐Ÿ  House Payments

Deposit = 10 - 30% ($3.000 - $9.000)

Final due = 70 - 90% ($21.000 - $27.000)
