I am Lars Willemse, a community builder who in the past 2 years scouted over 1.000 properties and identified a need (people want to buy together and they want solid property deals)
Together with my co-founder Floor van Boxtel who has been in the world of hospitality and real estate for the past decade we believe community, foreign investment and local culture have the future.
CoFunding stands for buying real estate together with your community. This is what this village is all about. We bring people together, we help them buy a property and we put the place where you will buy together on the map.

Step 1: Buying Community
To connect all the interested people and esure we can offer quality support, we are launching a paid community for buying villages as a community.

- Exclusive info for people ready to buy
- Access to in-person buying trips organized by our local partner
- More detailed information on property specs (size, condition & cost)
- First access to all villages (this one and future ones)
Step 2: Buying Trip
Once you are in the community, you will have the opportunity to join an in-person buying trip and place a deposit on a property that you like.
This is where things get real!
Step 3: Village-Specific Groups
After purchasing, we will organize more specifc subgroups within the paid community you already joined.
Here we focus on:
- Property management contacts
- Rennovation contacts
- Local questions & forums
- Networking between buyers
- Anything else to make your life easier
