Bring a pencil and some paper and join a community of writers. Use the time to work on a project or join in on the prompts and games provided. The group meets every Monday night at 6:00 pm in the library history room.

Library Lego® Club is back! It will be held on the 2nd Tuesday of the month from September through May. The program runs from 3:30 – 5:00 p.m. and will be an open-build structure with sharing time at the end. Registration is limited! Stop by the children’s department to fill out the registration form!

Put your cooking skills to the test for Teen Tuesday: No-Bake edition! Compete against your peers and enjoy your own tasty snack at the end. This FREE program is for teens in grades 6-12 and will meet in the library meeting room.

Little Learners up to age 5 and their families are invited to join us at a local park for story time each Wednesday at 10:30a.m. Story time consists of stories, body movement activities, songs, and rhymes, helping children grow the skills they need to become lifelong readers. Feel free to stay after and play and make new friends!

A dystopia is a society in which there is great suffering or injustice. In our dystopian book club, you will get the opportunity to discuss a wide variety of imagined societies and how they may even reflect our own. This month, we are discussing Aldous Huxley's Brave New World. Next month's pick is The Handmaid's Tale by Margaret Atwood. If you're interested, feel free to stop by the library and pick up a copy!

Homeschooling families are encouraged to join us on the 2nd Thursday of each
month at 10:30am. Learn about library resources, enjoy a program to match with curriculum, or have a designated time set aside for work, checkout, or research. This month, the group is meeting at the Surf Ballroom!
Thursday, January 12th from 3:30 - 5:00 pm
At The Library After School (ATLAS) is an after-school program consisting of read-aloud stories, exploring the library, crafts, and activities. The program will run weekly on Thursdays from 3:30-5:00pm starting January 12 – March 2 & March 30 – May 18. Registration is limited! Please stop by the children's desk at the library to sign up your child(ren).

Join our Youth Services Librarian each Friday for a one-on-one program with bouncing rhymes, books, bubbles, music, and group play just for our youngest patrons. This program is designed for ages birth to 24 months with a parent or caregiver. Feel free to stay after to make new friends!
