I hope you're having a wonderful week! Got a lot brewing in my cauldron over here. Experimenting with business-related stuff and trying to make myself walk around the neighborhood on weekdays! If I don't do that, hiking takes a massive toll on my quads, which apparently means I'm "old." 😉

Writing Updates

Just reached Chapter 23 of Lurid Curse literally right before I started working on this email. 😱 Thankfully, the remainder of this book shouldn't be very different from its original version, so I won't have too much new content to write. Phew!

If you've been waiting for Swanie to "finally" pay the price for using a demon's sorcery, then Lurid Curse is for you. Swanie's struggling right now, and it only gets worse! How many trials do I need to thrust upon her before she breaks?

Yeah, authors aren't particularly nice to their characters . . . . 😏

Whitelisting?

It recently occurred to me that I haven't sent you proper "whitelisting" instructions. Have my emails been landing in your spam folder or promotions tab all this time? If so, all you need to do is add mail@sendfoxmail.com to your contact list! That way you won't miss any of my (weird?) newsletters.

Business Machinations

Yes, I'm using the term "machinations" for business stuff because it's not my favorite thing to do. I ain't no saleswoman. 🙃

Since you're in my ✨ exclusive group ✨ of initial newsletter subscribers, I wanted to let you know that I'll likely share a link every week to some sort of giveaway or ebook sale in an attempt to expand my reach. Unless, of course, one of my own books happens to be coming out on a certain week . . . .

Reach is the elephant in the room for newbie indie authors like me. It's nigh impossible to get my books under the eyes of hungry readers without spending a ton of money I don't have (yet). So it's high time to find out whether giveaways and author collaborations help expand my reach!
