Yep, I know. It's the weekend. And I didn't email you on Wednesday like I usually do. Have I got an excuse? To be honest...not really. My creative brain has been fighting my efforts to get Karl and Skye's story told in Gift of Wind, the next full-length book in the Elemental Bloodlines series. 😖
But I refuse to give up, because Karl and Skye deserve a triumphant HEA after all the struggles they've already faced. Plus all the fresh ones they'll have to tackle in the midst of their story. You can be sure their tale will be chock full of complications by the time it's complete, along with multiple spicy scenes.
Hey, these two have been together before, so they know what they're doing. 😏

Welp, I'd better slide back over to my laptop and knead my brain until the rest of this book called Gift of Wind makes its way onto my Word document. Fingers crossed that by Wednesday next week, I'll finally have some pre-order links to share with you. In the meantime, I hope you've found some fantastical reads to tide you over in one (or more!) of the book fairs mentioned above.
Here's a quick look at one of the waterfalls my husband and I visited at the beginning of October when we exploring Blowing Rock, North Carolina. This one's called Harper Creek Falls, and it ain't easy to find! (Pretty sure there were some issues with the trail that required a bit of bushwhacking.)
