If You're anything like me, I always have things needing to be used up in my fridge, and I made this very casserole just yesterday!

This taco stuffed pepper casserole is a quick and easy meal, perfect for any night of the week! Deconstructed stuffed peppers, flavored with bold taco meat and seasoning, topped with ooey-gooey cheese. Easy-peasy and it's ready in 30 minutes! Hurray!!!
