86400 should mean something to you.

86400
It is the amount of seconds in a day.
And at this moment we are about to be "half way" through another week.
Aka over 300k seconds have already gone by!!!
How have you spent them?!?
Have you ever thought about who made up weeks? Who made up days? Who made up the 24 hours in our day?
Better yet who determined the bullshit schedule of 9-5?!
If you have never thought about this.. that is okay. I want to encourage you now to get closer with the one thing in this life we cannot buy, sell, barter...or earn back... TIME.
Yet, so many people sacrifice their time to a job they hate, to make money to pay for things to impress other people, other people that they don't even like. People use the excuse of "I need healthcare," when the reality is the job is what is killing them and causing them the health issues in the first place. (I know there are people that have significant health needs, I am not speaking to them).
I am speaking to the person who orders fast food at lunch so they stay at their desk and work "longer" for a boss/job that'll never care about them more then they care about themselves. The same person who gets home and says "I am too tired/exhausted/depressed to do anything other than order take-out and watch Netflix."
This person doesn't have a close enough relationship with 86400.
If they did, they wouldn't waste a second of their life on things that hurt them.
Here is a fact that you need to repeat to yourself over and over again...
NOBODY WILL EVER CARE ABOUT YOU AS MUCH AS YOU WILL CARE ABOUT YOU!!!
Do you care enough about yourself to make your 86400 count?
I cannot do it for you.
Your parents/family cannot do it for you.
Your job/company/co-workers sure as hell won't do it for you.
YOU HAVE TO DO IT FOR YOU.
How can you make the next 86400 count?
Write it down.
Then write down how you can make the next 300k count so you can end this week STRONGER than the way you started it.

Today is my last day in Tahoe. For me to make it count, I need to get my adrenaline going a bit. :)
I plan to go hiking/biking to capture some of the best photos I have snapped this entire trip.
LETS GET AFTER OUR 86400!!!

p.s. today I am grateful for the week I have had so far. I needed this more than I even knew, and the guys and I are already planning the next "retreat" style getaway. I am very much looking forward where our group goes as individuals and as a community.
