My name is Patrick Johnson, and this summer, I will be launching The Civics Institute.
The Civics Institute breaks down the barriers between you and our democracy by:
- Developing your knowledge of the Constitution and American democracy
- Educating you on the civic responsibilities endowed to you and every American citizen
- Providing you with the tools to influence and impact your local community
You can leave an indelible mark on the world by getting involved at the state and local level, and making your voice heard.
As Margaret Mead once said, "Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world; indeed, it's the only thing that ever has."
