🔎 October What Am I? Guessing Game

Newsletter Update and Refresh
So, I decided to combine the Circle C and Goldtown newsletters into one list. When I combined them, I was super surprised that--except for a handful of subscribers--most of you were already subscribed to both lists. Now it will be much more organized, and you'll receive two newsletters a month, with (hopefully!) content that is of interest to both Circle C and Goldtown subscribers. The newsletter will come from yours truly--me--and maybe I can think of some fun stuff you can learn about me, the author. 😱
Just so you know. I am SO not good with this newsletter stuff, but I keep trying to improve. This is the latest "improvement." We'll see if you agree.
The first benefit is my monthly 🔎WHAT AM I? guessing game. The prizes will now be something both Circle C and Goldtown readers will appreciate (girls & boys). From now on, I will always offer two prizes. The winner can choose which prize they would like to win. In the past, the prizes have been geared to girls, mostly, but this month . . . one of the prizes is real gold and pyrite (fool's gold) to keep with the whole Goldtown gold rush thing. Your choice! Who doesn't like real gold? Or even pyrite.
This month's guessing game runs from Tuesday, October 7 to October 14. I will notify the winner by email, but since I'm flying out to Texas (to our daughter's horse and goat ranch) on Tuesday, there may be a slight delay in picking the winner. Be patient! Click the button or the image to enter your guess!
September's mystery object was a pineapple. Ashlynn Hunt won. 135 out of 153 entries guessed correctly. Random.org chose #87, Ashlynn. She won a Circle C tote bag.
OCTOBER PRIZE and a FREE COLORING SHEET
The other prize you can win is a color-by-number kit of a mare and foal. Too bad it's not Jewels and Trissy's coloring, right? (If you remember, subscribers were given the opportunity to name Jewels' foal back in June. The two winning names combined to give us Jewels Moonlight Treasure. (Trissy for her barn name.)
I suppose the winner can use their own colored pencils to color the horses in the prize kit any color they wish. And while you're waiting to see who wins, download and print off this coloring page and practice your coloring skills! It's Jewels and Trissy, just waiting for your colored pencils. Plus, a bookmark you can color, cut out, laminate, and use in your next great read. Click the button or the image to download.
