, I just secured a contract as the CMO of a global software company…

And my first goal is to increase the paid user base by 5%.

So I spent yesterday evening writing down marketing ideas I could use to achieve that and it struck me!

Of all the ideas I wrote down…

Social media marketing was the least effective in my set timeframe.

Now don't get me wrong …

The fact that I've been talking about skipping social media and creating wealth without it doesn't reduce its effectiveness.

Social media is a great place to build an audience and get engagements…

But it takes a while before this audience trusts you enough to spend their money with you

You've got to nurture them with content…

Eventually, they should be moved off social media to build that trust faster.

But the mistake most entrepreneurs make is they want to sell directly on social media, leading to them recording poor sales…

Because while social media is good for getting attention…

It's not so good for getting people with buy intent.

Now back to my marketing ideas for the software…

A lot of the ideas I came up with were ideas that would allow us to capture those with buy intent fast without wasting time and effort…

While still building on social media for the long run (not relying on it).

This exercise last night reminded me that lots of entrepreneurs are broke because they RELY on social media too much to create wealth for them in the present…

While ignoring that it takes time and an awful lot of energy for your efforts to pay off.

And that's why I'm creating the Skip The Socials Masterclass…

To show a few interested people how they can create money for themselves without social media…

So they can be comfortable building on social media without the anxiety and pressure that comes with it.
