I try my best to give an extensive reply so they don't misconstrue what I tell them.

Because when I think about the best skill anyone could have…

I don't think about Copywriting…

Or graphic designing…

Or funnel hacking…

Or heck, even email marketing.

All these are skills that can be learned by anyone.

They're not hard to acquire so long as you put in the reps and have someone to guide you.

But when it comes to the best skills to have…

That's where what I call “Skills Of Character” come in.

Skills that involve a change in the way you think and see the world.

You see , I attribute my success in any niche I find myself in to one skill of character

Which is: Taking Responsibility

And this is a skill that took me many years of intentionality to build.

Because when I discovered I was in charge of my life…

It was like a reality check.

It was like seeing Newton's third law work against me.

The one that says:

For every ACTION, there is an equal and opposite REACTION.

Because at first,

I wanted to blame anyone and anything but me.

I wanted to blame my teachers…

The government…

Heck…my parents…

Everyone but myself.

It was just easy to say:

Well, they didn't teach me life was going to be this way…

Or:

Well, the government is messing up the country and making my hard work insignificant.

Yeah.. 

And that's what a lot of people do everyday…

They blame…

They justify…

They defend…

They do all these just so they can shift responsibility from themselves…

And that's why they remain stagnant.

Heck, that's why I was stagnant at the time.

But when I discovered that even though taking responsibility is hard…

And would leave you feeling like shit in the short run…

In the long run, it empowers you…

Because you begin to realize how much power you have to change your situation.

You begin to realize that you, and no one but you holds the key to achieving any and every dream you have…

And when you realize this is when raw power starts coursing through your veins.

You would see things differently…

Act differently…

Think differently…

And you'd just naturally stand out from a shit load of people who are shuffling between blaming different things.

Why am I telling you this ?
