, it's March already and if I'm speaking bluntly…

I'm not proud of how much I've done this year.

I've been doing a lot of building on the back end…

But a lot is moving slower than I'd projected.

At first, when I thought of this, I felt frustrated…

Coupled with the fact that the past few weeks,

A couple of my websites were hacked and I lost a lot of my data that wasn't backed up…

Last week I had a Google malfunction, had to factory reset my phone, and also lost some of the important data I stored since I began digital marketing in 2020.

I haven't written to you for a while because I've been busy putting out one fire after another…

And I haven't had the time to scale my business to my projected revenue for the first quarter…

And sadly, the first quarter would soon end.

Now as I said earlier , if I'm to speak bluntly…

I'm not proud of this.

I even feel overwhelmed and angry at myself when I think about these sometimes…

But , every time I do, I remind myself that:

The process is everything.

So long as I stick to the process and do everything within my power to execute my plans…

Then I'm good.

So instead of bothering myself about stuff that I cannot control...

I use that time to remind myself about gratitude…

And appreciate the small things that have been going well for me

For example:

• I made one of my clients his best month yet
• I am building a team of highly talented email marketers
• I am working on a project with one of my dream clients (I have been dreaming about this since 2021)
• I'm building 2 other businesses to be launched in the US before April's end
• I've improved at swimming, boxing and driving
• Gained clarity on what I'm focusing on for the next 5 years

All in all, I still have momentum...

Because instead of focusing on the bad stuff…

I spend my time being grateful for these…

And this gratitude gives me more energy and momentum going into the year.
