I didn't plan for this to happen...

Feb 22, 2024 4:00 pm

a lot of people close to me personally have called me crazy for wanting to learn and do so many things…

They say stuff like:

“This guy you're learning boxing, swimming, coding, basketball, Snooker, Chess…

And you're still looking for more stuff to learn”

Anytime they say this,

I can't help but smirk and say:

“What else is there to do in life except try new stuff"

You see , I sure as hell didn't plan to be a Polymath…

But I also sure as hell don't want to live a boring life where I just wake up and follow a dead-ass routine.

I want to live.

And for me, living means trying out new things every chance I get.

Most people don't get it.

They'd say stuff like:

“But Oxide, I don't have the time and money like you do lol”

And I know why they say this.

They feel that having fun and trying out new stuff saps time and money…

But here's the irony of it all.

Ever since I decided to just live and have fun in my life by doing all these….

My money started growing.

I can't explain how that works but it just does.

I read a book that kinda explains a bit about it.

In that book, the author said:

“Money likes speed. It likes to change hands. It loves to be exchanged. You don't make money by hoarding it, but by increasing it's velocity”

Now for me this means:

So long as I remain a person of value that money can flow towards…

I should also try to make money flow in my life.

And one of the ways I do that is by investing in experiences and learning new stuff.

I pay a lot to learn.

99.9% of my money goes towards learning something new.

Here are some of the stats:

  • I paid $100 to an online basketball coach when I started

  • I have paid over $150 to my current boxing coach

  • I paid $50 to my current swimming coach

  • I've spent over $1,000 learning how to code

  • I've invested over $50 in my current snooker coach (I just love that game)

  • I would be learning to drive soon and I'll pay for that too

Learning new stuff is such a huge part of my life…

And I find that the more I give out money to acquire these skills…

The more it flows back towards me.

It's crazy how that works.

It's like nature is rewarding me with more money for doing these things.

So it's like I'm having fun and spending a lot of my money…

But in reality, I'm taking advantage of this law of Nature.

Yeah yeah yeah…don't believe me, it's your choice.

Anyways, I love to give back.

And apart from learning these skills…

One of the ways I do that is by showing others how to do what I do.

I invest my time and energy in stuff like:

  • Trainings
  • Coaching
  • Mentorships

Whether free or paid, I make sure to give my best.

And I'll be doing that today.

Tonight by 8PM WAT…

I'll be showing those who signed up to my live training:
