Programming your mindset as a priority.

As I used to say then…

Programming your mindset should be a daily activity like brushing your teeth.

You don't just brush your teeth once and expect it to be clean for life.

You brush it everyday because you're constantly putting things in your mouth.

But we forget to treat our minds that way.

Everyday, you're putting things into your mind.

And the worst part about the mind is that unlike the way we watch what we eat…

Sometimes we don't even have the luxury of watching what goes into our mind.

Because the internet and social media has made it so much harder.

There's a lot of stupid people on the internet.

People with no reasoning who say stupid things just for clout and engagement.

And sometimes when we come across their posts…

Our mind absorbs some of what they say without our knowing…

And slowly it weakens us…

Makes us vulnerable…

Like a chink in our armor, it begins to slow us down.

Like a virus, it begins to infect our values…

We start wondering why we can't do the things we've always wanted to do…

We panic because we can't put in the same work we used to…

We begin to question ourselves and our ability to create the life we want…

Because our minds have been infected…

It begins to decay.

And each time we wake up and forget to reprogram it…

We lose a piece of our true nature…

We forgo the power we possess in us…

We become slaves to the chatter of fools all over the internet…

And slowly, we begin to descend into valuelessness…

We blame…

We justify…

We defend…

We complain…

And doing these makes us weaker…and weaker…

Until we're nothing but a shadow of our former selves.

That's the sad reality.

And I can describe it this way because I've experienced it too…

I've reveled in it.

And I don't want you to.

And that's why by 5PM today…
