What a year it has been for CETI!

A big moment for us was when we celebrated the graduation of six students from our master's program in Transformational Leadership. Six may not sound like a lot, but these aren't just any students:

• These are people who face barriers to higher education: a lack of funds, access, and, in some cases, a bachelor's degree.
• These are Christian leaders in various fields who are bringing their faith to bear on the realms of business, nonprofit leadership, law, and more...
• These are catalysts who are helping younger generations and the Church in Latin America connect faith to every area of life and pursue the transformation of their communities.

The reason CETI puts so much time and effort into a few people studying at a graduate level (in addition to our formation of grassroots communities) is because we have seen the difference one leader can make. In order for holistic, contextual theology to reach people at the ground level, you need committed leaders to pave the way and help people get on board. And in order for positive change to happen in a company, a community, or a society, you need people of integrity who are willing to speak out, make hard decisions, and cast a vision for a better future.
