No, that imperfection wasn't on purpose 😏

Hi ,

Well, after sending the email below a few minutes ago, I almost immediately realized I had the date wrong. 🤦🏼‍♀️

We meet this week on July 9, not July 2. I have yet to figure out how to master time travel.

“The perfect is not only the enemy of the good, it is also the enemy of the realistic, the possible, and the fun.” ~ Rebecca Solnit

Have you ever let your ideas about getting something done “just right” get in the way of forward progress? I can’t even begin to count all the ways I’ve done this. 😛

Underneath a desire to do such a great job, there is often a lot of fear disguised as good intentions.

For instance, “I want to create the very best program for my clients” might also mean, “What if they think I don’t know what I’m doing?”

Or, “Being a professional means I need to have all my ducks in a row at all times” could also mean,”If I make a mistake, nobody will want to work with me.”

If we can hold our desire to do things well more gently and wrap it in a few layers of humor, the work we do may not be perfect, but it will be perfect enough, and we’ll have more fun doing it.

I invite you to join us for our Coaches in CAHOOTS community call this week and see how it truly doesn’t take perfection to make a difference.. Plus be among the first to celebrate a brand new phase for our community! 🥳

Join us on Tuesday, July 9 at either of these times:
