I hope you enjoy this book! I fell in love with Riven before I started writing Bought by the Revenant, so I'm biased. Haha! I think he's adorable, and oh so serious. To be fair, he had a hard life. Not a lot of women would want to date someone who's covered in stitches and has glowing white eyes. Even when he buys himself a bride (at the bride market, where it's totally acceptable), he doesn't think she will want him, so he's ready to keep his distance. All he wants is company and some conversation, he doesn't even dream she will love him one day.

My next book in the Monsters' Bride Market series will come out in January. Since the first four books of this series are Halloween-themed, Ava, Eva, Lia, and I decided to do a theme each round.
