Watch out for overwhelming them with too many coping tools at once. Instead, start with just one simple technique like "balloon breathing" and practice it together during calm moments.


Remember, children often mirror our energy. When you stay centered using these tools yourself, they're more likely to follow your lead naturally. Plus, it makes the whole journey more enjoyable for everyone!
