Calm before the storm. Yesterday I had a flexi day and spent the morning in Leamington enjoying the beautiful sunshine, walking the parks, then a bit of shopping. Top of our hill behind our farm, on an autumn walk with the dogs. It's nice to get out and feel fitter, although I only do it at weekends with N. The rest of the week I've been upping my steps to music. My resting heart rates dropped, I'm fitter and can walk without getting out of breath, and walking up the hill is easier. Going back in the office next week will be interesting to see how easy the 4 sets of stairs are. Usually they're a killer for most people. Have you turned your fitness around?
