Hey Everyone,

Thank you again for joining us at the Gaijin Pot Expo 2025! This was our 3rd time at the expo and it was our biggest one yet! Thanks for being a part of our experience and we are here to follow up on some questions and requests.

1. Hiring: Our number one asked question. We are currently open to senior-level marketers and python developers. With that being said, we are always open to freelancers for short-term commissions. Unfortunately, at this time we can't offer visa support. (Hopefully, one day.)
2. Mentorship: Many people are interested in starting their own game studio or business as well as how to navigate and network in the game industry. Hoping to hold a Q&A day with our team late January or early February 2026. Stay tune for more details. In the meantime, please take a look at a talk I did called Creating in Japan on youtube.
3. Game Development: Interested in learning how to create your own video game? We plan on offering a crash course on game design and creating your own visual novel using Renpy. We will update you once we have more details.
