Time travel to Regency England...for free!
Jan 15, 2026 1:21 am
Happy New Year! I hope your 2026 is off to a wonderful start, and if it's not, I've got a sale that might make it better. If you haven't had the chance to read my Regency time travel series, now is the time! Pun intended ;)
In Time with the Duke is FREE from now until Jan 18th, so be sure to grab it! You can also grab a copy of The Future with the Marquess for $2.99 (but only until tomorrow at midnight, so grab it quick!)
Now that all the holiday parties are over, I've swung into work mode. Part of that is making goals for 2026. While most of mine are pretty similar to last year's (I always set a word count goal, publishing goal, and reading goal), I've added some new ones this year that I know will challenge me in the best way. Growth is important to me, and even if I don't quite reach the height I want, I'm all about celebrating the wins.
So, what am I working on now?
I'm making progress on an unannounced Fall rom com and dabbling a bit on a secret project. These two books are VERY different in genre and tone, but it's been fun working on them. I can't wait to share more about them in the coming months!
I've also got another super ultra secret project to tell you about. Next newsletter? Maybe. Is it killing me to keep this quiet? 1000%. Hopefully, I'll be able to share that news soon.
Aside from writing, my gardening-loving self is ITCHING to plant seeds. It's too early to plant seeds. I know this. The weather outside knows this. Anyone with a brain living in Utah KNOWS THIS. And yet...I may have bought a bag of dirt today. *Innocent grin
I really can't help myself. Something about playing in dirt and watching my little plant babies breach the surface brings me so much joy. Besides, I miss fresh vegetables. So, so much.
I'm ready for warmer weather. The cold, most assuredly, bothers me.
Don't forget! Evading the Lieutenant releases Feb 9th! You can grab bonus content at the link below:
Here's too a fantastic 2026 for all of us!
Available for Pre Order
Here's the blurb:
Can the wrong man be right for her heart?
With the threat of ruin looming over her family, Harriet Rigby has one final Season to marry well. Driven by familial duty, Harriet reluctantly agrees to her mother’s scheme to entrap the new Viscount Paxton into marriage. All goes according to plan until Harriet discovers the man she’s caught alone with in a dark library is not the viscount, but his twin brother.
As an unsocial second son, Rowe Apsley never expected to find himself embroiled in scandal. Despite their forced marriage, he’s determined to come to know his wife, but how can he achieve that when the woman is too nervous around him to utter a word? Desperate, Rowe devises a plan: pretend to be his twin brother long enough to establish a friendship with Harriet. After all, she’s already mistaken their identities once.
As the façade continues and Harriet begins to return his deepening regard, Rowe fears he’s convinced his wife to fall in love with the wrong man. Will his duplicity cost him his one chance at love?
