The past weekend was Indabosky! Let me gist you why.

Hello

It's another Monday, and I am on a high today mehn....

I spent the better part of my weekend (3-10pm on Friday, Saturday and Sunday) listening to the Headstart Summit organised by the incomparable John Obidi and his team from Headstart Africa Facebook group. I'm not sure who invited me to that group, but God bless you abeg!

As I was saying, so I spent the better part of my weekend listening in to that summit. 18 speakers, one hour each, 6 per day, all LIVE on YouTube Live.

It was brutal.

It was mind-blowing.

It was brain-resetting.

It was war.

It was liquid metal.

It was indabosky 🤣🤣🤣

I thank God for great mercies like constant power and unlimited internet. Wow! I soaked in so much, head and my notebook are FULL!

You see, I had a different message planned for today. I even had my slides ready for Instagram. But what I experienced at that summit cannot be ignored. We have awesome talent in this country abeg. What!!! 🙌🙌🙌

Some of the speakers I already knew and follow but they delivered so well I was proud! Speakers like Triciabiz, Steve Harris, Edirin Edewor and of course John Obidi.

Some of them I was hearing for the first time and they blew me away! Speakers like Yetunde Bankole-Bernard, Paul Foh, Shola Animashaun, Kwame A.A. Opoku, Jimi Tewe, Olushola Amusan, Joyce Daniels, Oluwatosin Olaseinde (Money Africa) and so many others.

It was just several moments of "Rhema" and lots of "gbas gbos". The comments section was alive and hilarious. All in all, it was a well packaged online summit, that had its highest live viewership of 3,700+ people and the lowest at 2,100+. It was something!

Now, the point is - after being so inspired, what next?

ALL the speakers agreed with me. ALL.

You must sit down, analyse a problem you are willing a d able to solve, find a solution and QUICKLY push out your product/service.

Push it out as it is and refine it after. Yes. That is why there is iPhone 9 after iPhone 8. There is always something to be improved.

Now, I know the pandemic may have rendered part or all of your business obsolete, don't fret. Just look inwards, find another portion on the value chain of your industry where you can play. And get in on the action. Many people are fashion designers and tailors, why can't you supply the fabric or thread? Get it?

So to start, write a vision of what you want to achieve, then use affirmations and emotional anchors to move you to realization.

Get a coach/ accountability partner.

Learn/perfect the skills you need.

Then launch!

And quickly too!

Remember, everyone will share their inspiration with you for free. The only trade secret is EXECUTION!

Go on and execute!
