calcpad.boostrand.com is now live — a web-based calculation pad for process engineers. Think of it as your go-to spot for quick sizing calculations without leaving your browser.
What's inside right now:
- Single-Phase Line Sizing — Darcy–Weisbach, Colebrook–White, API RP 14E, NORSOK P-001, Crane TP-410 fittings. Covers liquid & gas, volumetric or mass flow, with full acceptance checks (velocity limits, pressure drop, erosional, vibration, acoustic).
- Two-Phase Flow Calculator — Dukler–Flanigan–Mandhane/Aziz method from GPSA Engineering Data Book (Section 17). Predicts flow regime, pressure drop, and includes a flow regime chart.
- PSV Sizing Calculator — API 520/521/526 compliant. Multi-scenario analysis, governing case selection, and automatic API 526 orifice designation.
