Hello,
I'm up early this morning and feeling a bit off. The energetic shifts this year have been amazing and as the year draws closer to an end it feels like there's a few more waves coming.
I hope you're managing to find moments of peace and calm as you move through this time of year. I know it's a lot for a lot of us, myself included.
I do my best to slow way down and prioritize basic self care. Things like sleep, hydration, and getting outside as often as I can. I also give myself a big pass to just be emotional when I'm emotional.
