Connection isn't just a luxury.

Hey You,

I bet you're a lot like me and when it comes to needing other people and you've been conditioned to believe it's a weakness.

I still struggle to this day to ask for help or really express when I'm lonely and could use some connection.

Lately, however, I've been exploring the idea that connection is as essential to survival as food, water, and air.

And if there's something "off", then connection and attachment may just be the thing that's missing.

We explore:

  • The Newborn Blueprint: Why physical attachment isn't just "cute"—it’s a literal biological survival mechanism.
  • The Safety Audit: How to recognize if your early programming taught you that connection is "dangerous."
  • Signals of Depletion: Why your anxiety, depression, and avoidance are often just symptoms of an unmet need for connection.
  • The Shadow of Chaos: A hard look at why we sometimes create drama just to get the validation we’re craving.
  • The Internal Two-Year-Old: How to regulate your nervous system so you can stop the "pushing away" mode.
  • Phase Two Healing: Moving past the why and finally choosing who you want to be next.

It’s time to stop treating connection like an elective and start treating it as the foundational medicine for your nervous system.

You don't have to starve yourself to stay safe.
