Dear ,
Happy Vijayadhasami. It's the day for your child to set forth their goals regarding learning and have them crushed in the next year!
Yesterday, we started with our own World Space Week Celebrations with Mr. Prabhakaran, as our special guest. He is an award winning astrophotographer. You can check out his works at www.prabhuastrophotography.com
Some of his spectacular astro-photographs have been used by NASA, ISRO and even our PMO! So, enjoy watching the celestials!
Today, on the second day, we are learning about Planetary Scientists through the eyes of a historian, for I, firmly believe, science through history would make more sense to kids rather than studying about science through implications.
If your child is FREE in the evening (7.00 to 8.00 PM), do join for the session at just Rs. 199 (for the whole 6 days program) at www.learnspacescience.com/wsw2022
We have Virtual Planetarium Show, Lectures on Lunar Surface, Sustainable Rockets, Games like Find the Scientist & Kahoot still left in the WSW event.
FREE Competitions from Vikram Sarabhai Science Center:
VSSC and ISRO are jointly conducting a plethora of competitions (both online and offline) for kids and this will be a great opportunity to participate for your child.
Here is the link to check out the competitions - https://wsweek.vssc.gov.in/
Will be back with more recommendations on activities, workshops and competitions for your child.
Remember, this is the time to motivate them towards science and technology, so do not miss the chance. The collective force in the Universe will make the process much easier for your child to be attracted towards science now!
Regards,
Learning Coach
