What made you happy today?
Just to share with you, I'm a dentist and patients usually visit the dental clinic when they are experiencing pain.
We dentists, educate patients to have regular dental check-ups every 6 months because bacteria is quick to form and we are concerned about your oral health.
As they say, the mouth is the portal of entry of food and bacteria and considered the dirtiest part of your body.
How do we take care of ourselves daily?
What food and drink do we give ourselves?
The body reacts and responds depending on the solid and fluid intake.
Syempre kung di masarap and spoiled yung pagkain, you spew it out!
What do we read, listen to, watch or even advise our friends?
Sana naman wholesome kahit minsan temptations are there.
The struggle is real jud.
It is usually in silence that we hear what He has to say to us.
In some instances, He uses different media━family members, friends, or even strangers━to let you know His plan.
That’s why the more we take care of our body, the more we can take care of Him because the body certainly reveals God.
Let’s not wait for the time that we are in pain and ask for His help because all He has been doing is waiting for us.
Quite similar to us dentists patiently waiting for our scheduled patients. Some come, some cancel or postpone on the day and others just don’t proceed with the treatment.
Unlike dentists, God knows all our desires beforehand and gives the necessary graces to deal with problems.
He does not give us anything which we cannot handle.
Go to Him and listen.
He is the real Doctor, the Healer and the One who will definitely give you your biggest, perfect and most sincere smiles in life.
