First off, Happy Thanksgiving. I am thankful and grateful fo you to be part of my community. I appreciate you.
Caregiving is hard. Balancing care of our kids and parents is stressful. Recently I've had a hard time balancing work, for my dad and my son's fall ball baseball games. Honestly I am glad fall ball is done.
These are the things we do on a daily basis as members of the sandwich generation. I am thankful I still have my dad to care of. Despite how hard life can be, I challenge you to take a couple of minutes to be grateful you are still able to provide care for your loved one.
