The Kickstarter for the Noble's Luck Trilogy is going and I need your help. Launching the day after an election probably wasn't wise, but if you would like to get these books this year, backing the Kickstarter is the way to do it. The editor has finished Lady and is working on Lord, and I have Bastard back from the beta to finish it. Please share it and with luck we can get it funded. There are also some stretch goals I have hidden that I would love to reach, like extra short stories and fancy edges. Thank you for your help in making this a possibility.
Vengeance in audio is still available here on my store, and I have started the process to get it out to all distributors.
I'm working on the epic fantasy and I think it is good. We'll see once I get it finished, but I have a ways to go, the story keeps growing. But the characters are amazing, though the edits are going to suck. Oh well, better stories for you.
I'm working on getting everything finished this year and a new slate of projects for 2025. Hopefully I'll be able to share those in January, so you know what to look forward to!

Eat Me
The huge white tiger stared right in my face with glowing blue eyes.
I'm dead, this is how I die. Oh well.
"Such a pretty kitty," I murmured as I waited for the snarl and the teeth and the blood and dying. Instead the tiger chuffed at me and sat down in the snow, tail waving back and forth.
My hands were cold and I pulled them to my chest as I sat in the snow and rocks and my brain caught up. Last time I checked, white tigers weren't indigenous to the Sierra Nevadas. Escaped circus animal? Pet?
I'd been hiking for hours taking pictures of the snow covered landscape and had been ready to head back to my car for hot food and a change of clothes.
Now I sat in the snow staring at an impossible tiger.
So I died already and this is my guide to the after life?
The burning in my hands from the snow hinted that I wasn't dead.
"What is going on here?" I said in a soft voice, it seemed wrong to yell.
~You are the one I've been searching for. You are my Chosen.~
The words whispered in my head and for a minute all the hopes and wishes I entertained as a child, to be the special one, to be wanted, to be chosen came flooding back into my mind. Then I blinked.
"Are you freaking kidding me?" This wasn't a fantasy novel. I had a job, bills, I needed new tires on my eight year old Honda, and my kids, while grown, still needed their parent sometimes.
~No. You are the one. I am your guide. I will help you fulfill your destiny.~
I groaned and flopped back into the snow. "Do me a favor, just eat me."

Yeah, I'm too old for that destiny crap.
