Hello, my sweet Bunburian!
This week is St. Patrick's Day and the start of the NCAA March Madness. I'm thinking of making a delicious Irish dish in honor of the day. It's a little warm, here in South Florida, for stew, so I'm thinking of cooking a sweet treat. Are you making anything to celebrate the day? I've put one of my favorite recipes below for you.
Are you a sports person? I have to admit I'm not, but my favorite guy (aka the hubby) indoctrinated me into his joy of the NCAA when we started dating. His excitement for a well-played game, no matter the team's ranking, is contagious. I'll have to incorporate that into one of my stories. It could be a good lead into a sports-themed book.
