The Woods Out Back
Last weekend was our Spring Tree Farm weekend. Many of you know, my wife's family owns a tract of forest about 2 1/2 hours from my home. We travel there at least twice a year (more if we can make it) to clear trails, cut trees, and have fun.
This past weekend we marked boundaries. Not as glamourous, and way more work, than it sounds. We slid down and crawled up ravines tagging trees with blue paint every 66'. About 15 of our family attended. We were all exhausted and very sore. But we had a blast. It's beautiful country.
Apart from the hard word, we rode Gator's (side-by-sides) and lawfully discharged firearms. Not to mention the food we shared! Good times were had by all.

Ok, hear me out. This one is wild. Think Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy meets Spice Girls. I almost didn't recommend it, but it's too strange not to share.
