I was healthy for about a minute before I got sick again. It's the change in season as we move from winter to summer here in South Africa. It's hot as hell during the days, and then there is a sudden, massive temperature drop.

But, before I fell ill again - because I'm old now and that seems like the only thing my body is capable of - the hubs and I started working on a lifestyle change. Both of us are overweight and suuuuuper unfit. So we are working on getting better. I lost four pounds last week, and I will keep you all updated as we go along.

We are not on a diet. We are changing the way we live to be healthier, so hopefully, once I can breathe through my nose again, we will be getting back to it!

I’ve got some super exciting book news to share with you!
