New Release...

Hello my lovelies,
First things first — thank you. Truly, from the bottom of my heart, thank you for the avalanche of birthday wishes you sent my way. I don’t think I’ve ever opened my inbox or my social media and felt so completely wrapped up in love, kindness, and mischief (because some of you are hilariously cheeky with your messages, and you know exactly who you are). I read every single one, and even when I was curled up with a blanket, feeling about as glamorous as a wet sock (yes, we’ll get to the sick part in a moment), I couldn’t stop smiling.
It’s funny, isn’t it? Birthdays used to be the kind of thing I tried to ignore after a certain age, but this year… something about your messages made me stop and think: how lucky am I to have readers, friends, and supporters like you who actually take time out of their lives to make me feel special? That is no small thing. You don’t just cheer on my books, you cheer on me.
And I can’t tell you how much that matters.
Now, onto the confession: I’ve been sick. Properly, frustratingly, “body says nope” sick. The kind of sick where your brain wants to go to work, but your body laughs at the idea of putting on real clothes or being functional in society. Normally, I’d spiral into guilt about not being able to get everything done, but this time something unexpected happened: I started writing. A lot.
I mean, a lot.
Like, “someone should probably pry the laptop out of my hands” levels of writing. I think because I couldn’t go into my regular job, the words had nowhere else to go except the page. And oh my goodness, when I tell you the stories have been flowing… they have been flooding.
It feels a little bit like my characters were waiting for me to slow down, to stop rushing between life and obligations, and the moment my body forced me into bed with tissues and coffee, they all lined up like: “Hey, finally! She’s trapped! Let’s go!”
So, yes. Silver linings.
I’ve written scenes that made me cry, scenes that made me laugh out loud (scaring the dog in the process — sorry, Ozzy), and scenes that are so swoony I had to stop and fan myself because… wow. Even I needed a moment.
And since you’re my people, I’ll let you in on a little secret: some of these words aren’t even for projects I planned. You know how I always say, “Oh, I’ll just make a quick note for later,” and then suddenly there’s 15,000 words and a brand-new couple who refuse to be ignored? Yeah. That’s been happening. (Send help. Or snacks. Preferably both.)
He’s the CEO with a beast beneath his skin. I’m just the cleaner who should’ve stayed off the executive floor.
But fate has other plans.
One whiff of his scent, and my carefully constructed life crumbles. I’m not just a janitor. I’m an omega hiding behind suppressant patches, terrified of being found out. But the moment I walk into his office, my instincts flare and so does my heat.
Acheron Draven is dangerous. Powerful. A dragon in human skin with molten gold eyes and a possessive streak that could burn cities to ash. And he says I’m his.
Now I’m not just his assistant. I’m his obsession.
He’s marking me, claiming me, ruining me.
And the worst part?
My body begs for it.
But someone doesn’t like that the untouchable Acheron has chosen a nobody like me. And when they come for me, they don’t expect the dragon sleeping under my skin to finally wake up.
I thought I was just a girl with secrets.
Turns out, I’m his mate.
Okay, okay, I know you want the juicy details. And since I’m terrible at keeping secrets (at least from you lot), here’s a peek behind the curtain:
- Current Work-in-Progress: Oh, it’s spicy. Like, fans-self spicy. You’re going to meet a couple who bicker like it’s an Olympic sport, but underneath it all? They are soul-melty.
- Surprise Side Project: Remember when I swore I wasn’t starting anything new until I finished my list? Yeah, so about that… a side character from a previous book demanded their own spotlight. I told them “later.” They did not listen. Now here we are. Oops.
- Birthday Brainstorming: Maybe it was the fever (or the cake), but I ended up scribbling down a new shared world idea with my girl Sofia Aves. It’s very much in the “what if…?” stage, but let’s just say it involves found family, second chances, and loads of growly males!
Basically, my sick leave turned into a writing retreat I didn’t ask for, but apparently needed.
