Hello...
I hope this message finds you well.
My name is Charlene Chong from Star Event, and we are currently supporting our client, AIA, in planning a corporate event scheduled to take place in Chiang Mai, Thailand in July 2026. As part of the program, we are sourcing a motivational or keynote speaker who can deliver a powerful and engaging session to an audience of approximately 140–160 pax.
We would appreciate it if you could share a selection of motivational speaker profiles from your roster who have experience in:
- Leadership and motivation
- High-performance mindset
- Resilience and wellness
- Business or personal transformation
- Innovation and the future of work
The speaking slot is tentatively planned for Day 2 or 3 of the 4D3N event.
We’d also be grateful if you could include the following details:
- Speaker availability for July 2026
- Estimated speaking fees (USD)
- Technical or travel requirements
Additional info:
We are open to engaging both Thailand-based and international speakers.
Our budget range is approximately USD 5,000 to USD 10,000, depending on the speaker’s profile. If the right fit is found, we are able to facilitate transport and accommodation for speakers not based in Thailand.
Looking forward to your recommendations, and thank you in advance for your support.
Warm regards,
Charlene Chong
