Some things are simply unfair.
Black cats are overlooked. Older animals are passed by. And when you're a black cat who's a bit older? Well, that's a double strike against you.
But one family knew better.
They understood how much harder it was for a black cat to find a home, let alone an older lady. And instead of choosing the flashy kitten or the young dog, they walked in looking for someone who needed them most.
