New TidyCal update: Round robin meetings 📆

We just launched a big new feature for TidyCal...


Round robin meetings. 🎉 Live today on our Agency plan.

With round robin meetings, you can efficiently distribute meeting requests to team members.


To create a round robin meeting:

  1. Create a Team in your TidyCal account (requires the Agency plan)
  2. Create a new booking type for your team
  3. Select multiple hosts, and make sure "Enable round robin" is on

Round robin meetings are just a part of the team-based features we've launched recently. The Agency plan also has dedicated Teams pages, Collective Meetings, and an increased 25 calendar connections.

Was excited to see the round-robin feature added but unfortunately it's not working appropriately. 1. It only looks at availability on one calendar and not everyone added to the team. 2. If a cancellation occurs, it does not re-open that availability.
