Monday Message
Good Morning ANP,
I hope everyone had or will have at least 1 one-to-one meeting before Wednesday. I also hope everyone receives a referral this week at ANP's Wednesday morning meeting. In general, I am a hopeful person. I was blessed with an awesome opportunity to make the impromptu Happy Hour Friday evening. We had a wonder time, laughing, chatting and discussing who has the best hair and/or facial hair. A fun way to stay connected with our networking partners.
A few of us stayed awhile longer, the after party if you will. We had more serious conversations on deeper topics. One such subject, was about how attitude is contagious. If you smile at someone, they tend to smile back. If you frown, you will get a different response, negativity. I prefer positivity. Which circles me back to hope. Be hopeful but do the work that helps you succeed. For me, I feel I know these two networking partners better now than I did before.
The one-to-one is a power and positive tool in our networking toolbox. Engage and be active in the networking arena. I am positive you will gain more than you may expect. I believe the impact of one-to-ones, smiles and authentic concern for others is contagious.
