Hi

Unnecessary jargon, convoluted processes, and endless meetings are complicating your client relationship. Artificial complexity in client communication arises due to a lack of setting clear communication protocols.

Clients want clarity, not confusion.

How do we tackle this artificial complexity head-on?

1. Clear Communication Wins: Clients appreciate straightforward communication. Skip the industry jargon and opt for clear, concise updates. Remember, simple doesn't mean dumbing down; it means making information accessible.

2. Streamline Your Communication Processes: Complex processes complicate relationships. Start by setting up a clear goal and communicate a plan. Stick to the plan, and don't allow scope creep.

3. Say No to Overcomplicated Tech: Sure, tech is great, but drowning in a sea of complicated tools? Not so much. Each client may prefer a different tool, slack, Whatsapp, MS teams, etc. Avoid them as far as possible. Use email, there is a record of all communication, and it ensure some thought being put into the messages.

4. Educate Your Clients: Part of our role is to guide clients through the complex world of marketing. Educate them on the essentials without overwhelming. A well-informed client is a satisfied client.

5. Regular Check-ins, Not Constant Meetings: Yes, communication is vital, but bombarding clients with endless meetings is counterproductive. Opt for regular check-ins to keep things on track without becoming a time sink.

Embracing simplicity doesn't mean compromising on quality; it's about cutting through the noise and delivering exceptional value without unnecessary complications.

Keep it simple.

Best
