My name is Alfred Tora and I am the founder of the Pasifika Organizational Psychology website, which has been rebranded to www.alfredtora.org . I apologize for not being in touch with you during the last year and I hope to do better in this aspect going forward. I wanted to send this email to talk about what my goals are with my content and why, I hope, you will continue to support my goals.

My ultimate goal is to create content that talks about business topics in ways that can be easily understood by Pasifika and Pasifika-based people because I truly believe that we have yet to really create and run businesses in ways that are suited to us. I believe that our businesses, innovations, and ideas, have so much potential in changing the world but because we don't have a lot of experience in these areas, we don't succeed when we should. I want to change that!

Here are some ways I've started doing that:

1. My blog - www.alfredtora.org - is still online with content that talks about indigenous wisdom and knowledge and how it intersects with modern business practices; business psychology and how we can apply it to our work lives; tips and tricks that I come across.
2. My TikTok - @alfredtora - provides short content on business psychology and business in general.
3. My X (formerly Twitter) acc - @PasifikaGuy679 - has content on all my interests.
4. My podcast - The Alfred Tora Podcast - is coming soon!

I hope that you will continue to support my efforts in creating a change in how we Pasifika!
