Question of the Week
Q: If I'm sick, can I still play hockey?
A: Unless you're about to play in an extremely important playoff game, we'd argue that it's best to let your body rest up when you're sick. Sleep as much as possible, eat an extremely clean diet, and go for a few light walks outside throughout the day if you're able to. Also, if you have access to a sauna, sweating it out this way is a great way to feel better. Overall, you want to take it a little easier than usual and do all the right things so you can recover and get back to being your best self on the ice faster.
