In hockey, a billet family provides a home for players who live away from their families. They offer: a safe and comfortable living environment, including a private bedroom and access to common areas.

Billet families may also provide meals and emotional support for players.

Hosting players can be a great opportunity to form lasting relationships with players and their families.

Occasionally, billet families won't be a good fit, and it's very important to speak up about your situation if you need a change.
