Question of the Week

Q: When do Jr. coaches start their recruiting process for the upcoming season?

A: It varies quite a bit by league and program, but it happens sooner than most people think. We'll probably make a future video breaking down each league's recruiting process, but overall, most start thinking about next year's roster sometime in late February to early March. That being said, these programs usually start heavily recruiting in late March (basically when their seasons come to a close). Therefore, it's very important to get your name out there as soon as possible because if you wait to go to their camps in August, most of their rosters will already be filled up.
