Bom dia ,
I haven't been consistent with the emails lately and for that I apologize.
I have a handful of projects going on plus I've also simply just been disconnected from the world (and internet) to just think and contemplate life from all angles.
With that thought in mind, times are hostile now, or at least that's what "they" would want you to think. I highly advise you to guard your energy extra-tight these days and be cognizant of your daily consumption.
Not just nutritionally. But mentally, emotionally, and spiritually through what you read, watch, and listen to.
Perhaps I'll share more on this later. But for now, I've had some awesome recent guests that will nourish your mind, body, and emotions. And plenty other fascinating guests are on the way so make sure you're subscribe to the podcast so you don't miss an episode.
With that said, here are the recent 3 episodes.
Aaron Houghton is a serial entrepreneur and the founder of 'The Founders First System'. He's been an entrepreneur since the age of 17.
Being an entrepreneur is oftentimes glorified, and the dark sides are rarely discussed. It's all sunshine, rainbows, and kittens....I think that's the saying--right?
Nevertheless, entrepreneurs are 2x more likely to have depression, 3x more likely for substance abuse problems, 6x more likely for ADHD, and 11x more likely for bipolar disorders.
In this episode, you'll learn:
- Why Aaron’s business exit of over $150 million didn’t deliver “happiness”
- Aaron’s wake up moment and panic attack that changed everything
- Aaron’s backstory and where his entrepreneurial itch began
- Founders First System’s origin
- The importance of your non-work identity
- Why entrepreneurs struggle to connect health and business with each other
- The short term beneficial entrepreneurial habits that become long term detriments
- Using metrics to track your mental health
- How to achieve sustained peak performance
- Advice to entrepreneurs during these weird and highly uncertain times (or any other times of uncertainty)
- Aaron’s mental health and fitness routine
- And much more

As of typing this, there's 75 days and 13 hours and 43 mins and 53 secs left in this year.
2020 has had its challenges, but don't mail it in, waiting for a "fresh start" in 2021.
