Apparently, Blu-Rays are Still a Thing

Hi,
Just a brief update this week.
Sick man gets filmed in HD
The other day I was interviewed for a new UK boxset of Andrzej Żuławski films. I can't say I was in the mood for it - I hadn't eaten anything in about 22 hours because I'd had a stomach bug and been vomiting.
I am pretty sure they filmed me looking green.
As for the boxset itself, you'll find plenty of stomach-churning scenes there too. Three films of varying lunacy - On The Silver Globe, The Devil and The Third Part of the Night - are included, on proper UK Blu-ray for the first time. People who've been stuck with 1980s VHS versions of these will be pleased.
Although we now live in the age of streaming, it turns out Blu-ray remains the medium of choice for fancy collector types. It's much like how there's a still a demand for vinyl releases of music albums.
My interview will be one of the included extras. It's about my grandfather Jerzy Żuławski, the author of the original books that Andrzej based his On the Silver Globe film on. If you've ever read my article about Jerzy on Culture.pl, it won't have too many surprises.
If you haven't, I recommend you do:
I should be getting some copies of the boxset, and will give them away in a competition if so.
Shopifying Marek
Also, in case you missed it, there's now an online shop for Marek art. Things are rotated in there every couple of weeks to keep things interesting.
I still haven't promoted it in any sensible manner. I will do so later this month. I may even post about it on Facebook, which had locked me out of it last time I'd checked.
That's all for now. Thanks for reading. Go try a new food this week.
