Welcome back, !
I'm still experimenting with the structure and content that I send here so, as always, reach out to me with any feedback! 🙂
So, November is all about being thankful for what you have! For me, I think gratitude is like a charm that can improve your life. you cast out the gratitude like a spell and receive love and positivity back. See, It's definitely magic. So, I try to practice gratitude all year long, but November, we make a big deal about it. 😂
this week I am Thankful for Fantasy.
It's been a constant theme in my life and has played a massive role in shaping me into the person I am today. I've always been mystified at the endless possibilities that Fantasy presents. It can be any world, any creature, any spell and it's all possible through your imagination!
So, let's stop wasting time and get to the good stuff...

Fantasy Academy is coming!
A few weeks ago, I teased at some things that are coming down the pipeline and one of them is FANTASY ACADEMY. It started as a rebrand of my publishing imprint, Watchtower Fantasy. Watchtower is too closely associated with the Jehova's Witness religion and can cause a lot of confusion so, I set out to create a new brand for it. In doing so, I had the idea for FANTASY ACADEMY! We will be doing much more than publishing collections so, keep your eye out for more!!
Individual Fantasy Titles
To Have and to Lose
THERE’S NO ONE I HATE MORE THAN MY BROTHER’S BEST FRIEND.
Jace is arrogant, annoying, and has been tormenting me my whole life. Despite being a princess, however, I'm not allowed to just stab him. And just when I think he can't get any worse, the jerk does something truly horrendous: he becomes my royal guard.
Now I'm stuck with him all the bloody time.
Seeing his stupid face. Hearing his stupid voice.
Doesn't he know guards shouldn't talk?
But when we're called away to war, that annoyance he fills me with starts to turn into something else... Something hot and dangerous that's going to get one of us killed. Because a princess cannot become queen without eliminating her weaknesses. And Jace is starting to become mine.
The Neighbor You Don't Know
This download is a free preview of the novel
After countless years of preparation Mission Terra Firme One is finally ready to commence and give Earth the answers it has long waited for, about the planet Neighbor.
The TSS Cartographer is about to arrive and its First Officer Baldwin “call me Win” Tavares believes that he might just be able to touch his hand to that rocky ground and that’d be enough for him to learn everything there is to know about their old Neighbors, the things they’d done and what they’d left behind.
But not everyone is as kind-hearted or has such noble intentions, and Neighbor holds more mysteries than anyone could have imagined. Exploring it might open the gates for a flood that threatens to drown everything, and Win must make decisions that hold his life, and that of all around him, at stake.
Whispering Dusk
When the Whispering Beckons, Should You Follow?
Jaded commander Wyvrir’s patrol route takes him and his elven commando to the very edge of Oad T’len, the ancient forest. A pact between the elves and humans allowed for the building of a monastery and vineyard there nearly a century before. Too close for Wyvrir’s liking, but he arranged a pact of his own with the monks, one unbroken.
Until now.
When he moves on the monastery to collect the debt of their defiance, he finds a very different menace lurking within its walls, one unlike anything he ever faced. Or ever imagined.
How deep within must Wyvrir reach to challenge the threat against his pact, his commando, and the tenuous peace between the elves and humans?

Music Fueled by Fantasy
I just discovered this band this week and I am really digging this song. It feels a lot like a mix between early Breaking Benjamin and Early Three Days Grace with Adam. There are some other influences in there as well, but I am enjoying this one and I hope you do too!!

This Week's Fantasy Food
Let's be honest with ourselves. Some of the best events are theme events, but sometimes keeping the food on theme can prove to be a real challenge. The Geeky Hostess has you covered though! If you are planning a D&D night, a medieval luncheon or just want to confuse the hell out of your family, have a tavern night!
This menu is hilarious and actually looks pretty tasty! Now, I have to have a D&D themed dinner.
Find the rest of the descriptions and recipes on The Geeky Hostess's site!
