Wellness tune up and a hot spicy drink!

Hello ,

How ARE you?

This year has been another doozy for many of us, and fall is a great time to take stock of health and wellbeing.

Acupuncture wellness "tune ups" are especially helpful during times of seasonal transition. We see it as a way to re-balance and fortify body and mind for the season ahead.

And if your extended health benefits expire by year's end, this is also a gentle reminder not to let them go to waste.

NEW at the clinic this fall: Reiki and Shamanic Healing with Linda Kang every Monday. Linda's Reiki sessions are gentle, with hands laying lightly on the body. For more detail click here.

And now for that hot, spicy drink I'm making -

Hot Oat 'Milk' Spice Drink with Ginger, Turmeric and Cinnamon

In Chinese Medicine, these spices are gently warming and help boost digestive energy. Get the recipe here.

Let me know how I can be of help, , and hope to see you soon.

To your good health,

Barbara

P.S. Not downtown at the moment? I'm also at a second location in the west end: Queen St West area at Darou Wellness.

P.P.S We are on the ball when it comes to health & safety and following all current Ministry of Health guidelines regarding Covid-19.
