I hope that this finds you well. Well spring sure is springing and we are currently being blessed with some lovely sunshine! There are signs of spring everywhere, one of my favorites is the call of a bird, the chiff chaff. The chiff chaff is a small unassuming bird, which has a very recogniseable call, it effectively calls its name. Once you've heard it you cant miss it. It is also the first migratory bird to arrive in the UK, flying all the way from North Africa. It blows my mind every time to think of journey so many animals go on and how small they often are.
