Femi was a young amazing and vibrant champ with a nice facial structure.
His voice at the age of 16 while singing in the choir made beautiful girls ask for his name.
There was that whisper that happened every time he passed by that made a girl want to ask her friend who that was.
During his days in his senior secondary school, Femi became attracted to Ada, a fair looking girl from a well-off background.
Their interactions went so nicely that they had a special spot at the cafeteria where they met during break time.
They both got excited every morning when they knew they would set their eyes on each other that made Mondays seem too far whenever Friday was near.
I guess someone is remembering secondary school days like this (LOL).
On one Thursday evening, during the last year of their secondary education, Femi started putting down some amazing poems target towards Ada's birthday that he titled his 40-leaves notebook, Ada, my heart's hero.
Due to the lack of guide and mentorship about managing the emotion of your adolescence, Femi would wake up every morning with a discharge after a nightmare of an affair with Ada.
This happened so frequently that he would expect this to replay in reality whenever he was discussing with Ada.
Out of an earnest curiosity, Femi watched some Nollywood movies (that kind of Ramsey Noah and Genevieve Nnaji) and learnt the lines used to lure ladies.
On that cool Friday evening after school, Femi tried out those lines and it caught the amazing darling girl who never noticed when she gave him a hug and a kissing session followed after.
(Make I no finish the story)
Eventually, they played 'play-ku-play'.
Fast forward to 15 years, Femi became exposed to a greater dimension of wisdom and decided to become a public figure who coached singles on relationships.
Ada was now a banker doing so well for herself and have moved on with three other relationships that did not work.
One of those days, she stumbled on a flyer and post of Femi's masterclass on relationships and dropped a comment "Femi boy, how far".
Something leapt in Femi's heart as though a large block of ice was placed on the head of a 6-year old boy.
Now, Femi realised how crucial he needed to settle that past so as not to destroy the current and future he is building.
Let's leave Femi and Ada and take it to you.
Have you ever considered that someday you would decide to become influential and affect lives?
Have you thought of what things appears today like chilling that will be dug which may shut the doors to some greatness in destiny?
Will you still be proud of certain actions and exhibits that seem like nothing 20 years from now?
This is why it is not just about you when you take certain decisions but the you you have not seen.
While you permit that guy to get into your between, have you thought of the pictures that may be used to threaten you if you eventually come out of that relationship?
Have you considered the friends in your fraudulent club who will visit your comment session if you eventually choose to stop and want to do something greater with your life?
Always see yourself as a public figure(whether you choose to be one or not) who is only on an internship with your decisions.
So, if you become that influential personality eventually, there will be nothing about your past that you'll have to worry about.
Never criticise influential people with so many scandals (whether true or not).
Look with your wisdom eye, learn the lessons and become wise.
We will be wise!
