“Fancy a stroll along the beach?” Taran asked.

“Okay, but no going near the water’s edge,” Zarya replied. “If I get wet, my legs will shift into my tail, and we wouldn’t want to scare the tourists.”

He gasped. “What? Like in that movie, Splash?”

Zarya looped her arm in his, threw her head back and laughed. “Relax, I’m kidding, but it was so worth it to see your face.”

He rolled his eyes. “Very funny. If you want me to believe you’re a mermaid, you need to try harder.”

“Still don’t believe, eh? Even though I rescued your cute arse miles out at sea and brought you back to shore?” Her eyes gleamed with mischief. “What else can I do to prove it?”

He pondered as they walked along the path that led to the beach. “Not that I haven’t admired those lovely legs of yours, but why don’t you show me your tail?”

“You’ve already seen my tail. When I rescued you.”

“I saw something in the water, but I was suffering from concussion. Show me again.”

She pulled away from him. “I can’t shift here. What would the locals think?”

“There’s no one around.”

“Yes, but there might be.” She arched an eyebrow seductively. “You do know I have to get naked to shift, don’t you?”

His cock twitched. “No, I didn’t, but things just got really interesting.”
