Greetings from the UK, now distinguished among nations for its record-breaking stupidity.
As a dual UK/US citizen, I have much to celebrate in the former: the land of Shakespeare, Milton, Chaucer, Tennyson, Auden and many more of my literary heroes.
But even Shakespeare acknowledged the litany of folly in England's history, lamenting a nation "now bound in with shame... / That England, that was wont to conquer others,/ Hath made a shameful conquest of itself." (Richard II, II.i)
These words echo today as the British government violates our foundational constitutional text, Magna Carta, which declares, "To no-one will we sell, to no-one will we refuse or delay, right or justice."
It does so by granting pharmaceutical companies legal immunity from prosecution for any harms done by their rushed, experimental, and greed-motivated vaccines. Vaccines that completely miss the lesson that Covid is here to teach us, vaccines that represent the very systems of exploitation and enslavement that Covid is set to overthrow.
Alas, governments and leaders are going to have to learn the hard way, as did Pharaoh when he resisted the abolitionist campaign that Moses brought to his door with the Plagues of Egypt. Plot spoiler: Moses won, and Pharaoh died in the Red Sea, drowned by his own hubris.
I could write a book on all this. Oh wait a minute, I already have!

As Aaron's staff became a snake and preyed
On Pharaoh's snakes conjured in mimicry,
So Covid, like Moses in abolition,
Facing vaccines wins easy victory.
Pharaoh resisted Moses and his plagues,
Business-as-usual also his refrain
Upholding slavery, fraud's economy,
Bricks without straw, until his drowning came.
Covid may seem viperous and venomous
But note its abolitionist agenda,
Clearing the skies and setting prisoners free,
Canceling debt, enforcing war's surrender.
Yet British ministers claim it's patriotic
To take the treasured toxin in your arm,
You human guinea pig, you corporate pawn,
Forbidden to sue Pfizer for its harm.
This violates the Hippocratic Oath
And Magna Carta's safeguards are ignored.
Denying human rights, denying justice,
They'd overturn eight centuries of law!
"Our common enemy" they libel label
Covid. Nor have they read a history book
In calling it the greatest peacetime threat,
Bubonic plague and Black Death overlooked!
It's one more wealth transfer to CEOs.
To line their pockets, people take the hit.
Denounce, then, hypothetical vaccines,
The hypodermic hype of hypocrites!
